John Paul Mitchell Systems International (JPMS) educator Jason Reyes will lead a special class for finalists of the Battle of the Hair competition at the 2022 Sport Clips National Huddle in Nashville.

Reyes will instruct and train finalists on perfecting their “look” before they compete onstage for a $5,000 scholarship. Reyes and JPMS are long-time industry partners and he is excited to share his knowledge with this group of future professionals.

Reyes started cutting hair as a teenager and worked behind the chair while attending college. He credits cutting hair with some of the industry’s best for making him stronger and more ambitious. Throughout his time with JPMS, he has continued his education, been published in magazines, appeared in DVDs for Paul Mitchell Schools’ “Cutting System”, and has been instrumental in the development of a barbering curriculum.
