4 New Year’s Resolutions

Jan 02, 2018

The New Year is a great time to reflect on what went well last year and to make goals and plans for the next. Consider what motivated your Team, what helped them reach their goals, and opportunities that were missed that should be more of a focus in 2018. Here are a few resolutions that will help you and your Team get a jump start on 2018:

1. Attend more Educational/Training Classes – Contact your Area Coach to see if a training schedule has been set. If so, make sure your Team Members have the opportunity to attend the classes that will help them learn and grow.

2. Volunteer more – Volunteering can be fun and can help your Team form more trust and respect for each other. It is a great team building exercise! Organize a St. Baldrick’s event or ask your Team what they’d like to do to get involved in in your community.

3. Build your Team Up – Insure a positive work environment for your Team. When we are positive and encourage one another, rather than harping on the negative, we tend to work harder and actually enjoy our work more.

4. Build on your Clientele – Do you hand out Buddy Cards? Do you get out and market as much as you can? If not, make a resolution to hand out so many Buddy Cards each day and/or get out and network with your neighbors around you more often.

Have you set any New Year’s resolutions for your Team? If so, share them with us in the comments below!
